Shipping policy
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and we will strive to have your order delivered according to the estimated delivery times in the chart below. In some cases delivery may be delayed due to unexpected circumstances with the courier or logistics company.
If you do not receive your products within the estimated delivery date please contact us at support@whatagirlwants.co and our team will assist you with your order.
Please note that we are not responsible for any taxes, levies, customs or duties charges that may arise upon delivery and you will be responsible to cover such charges in order for delivery to be completed. Fees arising for the return of any parcel due to the refusal to pay such charges will be fully payable by you and you will not be refunded the shipping cost or any related charges.
